General

Our service operates entirely within the bounds of the law and adheres to stringent regulations. Oushk Pharmacy holds registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and all our pharmacists are also registered with the GPhC. When prescribing any treatment, we strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as well as other prominent national best practice recommendations. Our service is fully compliant with the same regulatory bodies responsible for overseeing your family GP practice and your local pharmacy.

Upon consultation, if our prescribers determine that prescribing treatment for you is both safe and suitable, they will issue an electronic prescription. This prescription is then transmitted to our pharmacy, where your medication is dispensed and shipped. Our pharmacy is also registered with the GPhC, ensuring that we exclusively provide genuine, licensed medication obtained through a traceable supply chain.

We adhere to a three-step procedure to ensure the safety and appropriateness of any treatment request, as well as the secure delivery of the treatment. These three steps include:

Fill out the complimentary online consultation.
A comprehensive assessment by our Medical Team.
Payment and Delivery.

Oushk Pharmacy is officially recognised as a pharmacy by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, the courier service responsible for the delivery will send you a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your items.

Should your order fail to arrive according to the expected schedule, we kindly request you to reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

DPD: (all free delivery is automatically selected as DPD)

You’ll receive a 1–2 hour time slot on your selected delivery date.
You must be home to receive the parcel or allocate a safe place / neighbour via app.
After 2 failed attempts, the parcel is automatically returned to Oushk.
Redelivery fee of £10 applies if the failure was due to not being home.

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

Not signed for – may be left in a safe place if nominated on your RM app.
99% this will be delivered on your selected date however this can sometimes be 48 hours (Northern Ireland, South of England, North Scotland and Islands)
Lost parcels will not be replaced until full investigation is completed and may take up to 14 days with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM:

This requires a signature, so someone must be home on the selected date.
After the second attempt, it is held at the local depot for you to collect.
If replacement is required, then patient is responsible for returning the original parcel back to us and £10 redelivery charge will apply.
 

TOP TIP: USE THE DELIVERY DATE SELECTOR AT CHECKOUT TO CHOOSE A DATE THAT SUITS YOU , YOU CAN BOOK UP TO 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

It is not monitored 24/7 and other patients are unable to help with personal orders. The group is for general support, community discussions, and updates that affect everyone.

Online Pharmacy

Please note that we may need to reach out to your GP to confirm information if required for certain treatments.  This is only to ensure that any treatment prescribed is suitable for you and will not interfere with your other health conditions.  If you are continuing a treatment, then we may also ask you to provide confirmation for this.  

Online Pharmacy

We accept payments made by credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway.  You can also use Klarna and Apple pay to check out.
